Returns
We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase; however, if you would like to return the goods, we will be happy to help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below before returning to ensure that the goods are eligible for a return / refund.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned merchandise must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
- Shipping costs and sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of your refund approval or rejection. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your account within approximately 10 working days from the date Cosmytech received the return.
Items
Damaged Defective and/or damaged items must be reported to Cosmytech within 14 days of receipt and will be replaced with the same item. Please contact us at info@cosmytech.com if you wish to replace your item.
Pre-sale
For items sold in pre-order status. If you choose to cancel your order before shipping and within 14 days of purchase, you will be credited in full (if not yet shipped) Please contact us at info@cosmytech.com if credit has not been received. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.
